Friendly reminder that tomorrow, Thursday, November 10th is a 1:30 pm dismissal. There will be no latchkey. Tomorrow, students may also pay $1 to wear a hat to raise money for Operation Honor Guard.
Friday, November 11th there is NO SCHOOL in observance of Veterans Day.

Congratulations to our FFA Varsity and JV District Horse Judging Teams at SIU last week. Varsity placed 9th overall and JV placed 2nd. Ashton ranked 5th out of 400 students. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
Crab Orchard's High School FFA participated in two contests at Cobden - Ag Sales and Job Interview. In Ag Sales, Varsity got 3rd and JV got 1st! In Job Interview, Ean got 2nd in JV! Way to go!!!

Just a quick reminder that tomorrow, September 16, 2022, will be a HALF DAY of school. Pre-K classes will not be in session. Dismissal for grades K-12 will be at 11:30am, and lunch will not be served. There will not be Latchkey services.

Congratulations to both Crab Orchard Varsity and JV FFA horse judging teams who placed 1st, out of 15 teams, at Vienna on Friday. Also, congratulations to Leo Loucks for placing top overall out of all students.
Congratulations to our JH Claybreakers at the Rend Lake Shoot over the weekend. The INT-ADV squad Lane, Anthony, Joslyn, Kyle and Blaine scored 2nd place. Also, congratulations to Hunter for shooting 50 straight and Hayden, Dax, and Lane for shooting 25 straight.
